Soft washing uses low pressure with specialized detergents to safely remove mold, mildew, and algae from delicate surfaces like house siding, roofs, wood decks, and fences — no damage, no streaks.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and current workload, but we typically schedule within 1–2 weeks of your quote approval. Spring and early summer fill up fastest, so it's best to book ahead when possible.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not usually. For lawn treatments, we can apply them while you're away as long as gates are unlocked and pets are inside. For power or soft washing, we prefer someone available on the first visit to confirm access, but we'll work with your schedule.

Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Yes. We use professional-grade products that are labeled safe for residential lawns when applied correctly and given proper dry time — typically 2–4 hours depending on the treatment. We'll leave a note with specific instructions after each visit.

What should I do to prepare for power washing or soft washing?

Close windows and doors, move outdoor furniture and decorations away from the work area, and make sure outdoor electrical outlets are covered or turned off. We'll handle the rest. For roof or siding soft washes, we also recommend trimming back any low branches touching the house.

Lawn treatments: You'll notice weeds beginning to curl and die within 7–14 days after a post-emergent application. Fertilizer results typically show greener, thicker grass within 2–4 weeks. Power washing results are immediate — the difference is visible before we leave.

What if it rains right after my lawn treatment?

Light rain within a few hours usually isn't a problem — in fact, it can help some granular fertilizers soak into the soil. Heavy downpours within the first 24 hours may wash off liquid treatments. If that happens, let us know and we'll schedule a no-charge reapplication.

Do you travel outside your listed service area?

Yes, for the right project we'll travel beyond our standard coverage area. Larger commercial jobs and multi-service packages are more likely to qualify. Reach out and we'll be honest about whether it makes sense for both of us.
